These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SView ("the App"), developed by Strong Wang ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Prices listed are in US dollars and may vary by region. Your local currency price is shown in the app before purchase.
SView Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each subscription period (weekly or yearly) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Renewal charges are applied to your Apple ID within 24 hours before the current period ends. You will be charged the same price as your original subscription, unless the price has changed and you have been notified in advance.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings:
Cancelling stops future renewals. You retain access to Pro features until the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.
If you reinstall the App or switch devices, tap "Restore Purchases" in the subscription screen to recover an active subscription purchased with the same Apple ID.
SView offers a free tier that allows you to create 1 project and export at standard resolution (up to 1080px). No payment is required to use the free tier.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment card information. Billing is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

You retain all rights to photos and content you import into the App. The App processes your photos locally on your device. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not upload your photos to any server.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Strong Wang and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or intellectual property beyond what is expressly stated.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of profits.
We may update the App, its features, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
Subscription prices may change with reasonable notice. If prices change, you will have the option to cancel before the new price takes effect.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App immediately ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.
These Terms are between you and Strong Wang only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event of any failure to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligations. Apple is not responsible for any third-party claims, product liability claims, consumer protection claims, or intellectual property infringement claims related to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms.
